Hey, simple yet sweet looking. This sounds stupid yet I've tryed doing this sort of effect- and failed;_____;
How do you start it off? Outline, or just go with the flow...

I started with an outline on this one. After flooding the page with red, I started erasing a bit of the outline and colored in his head and scarf. The buttons are there so people don't get confused. X)

I like the "suit blends in with the background" effect. And as others have said, it really does strongly resemble the oekakis on Japanese BBS boards. Nice job. :3
